Hydro Excavation is the safest and most efficient way to expose underground utilities. Utilities can easily be exposed with hydro excavation (which is called “potholing” or “daylighting”) without disturbing the surrounding material. Water lines, gas lines, fiber optic cables, electric feeds all can be easily and safely exposed for access and identification by utilizing high pressure water and the vacuuming system.
